In most cases, during your security duties, you will be armed with a notebook.
Depending on your security company, some may have as a requirement on how to complete a report or the use of a notebook i.e getting a your report or notebook counter signed by a supervisor at the end of shift, including date and time of incident or how to make adjustments to incorrect entry or factual error.
